Role overview
Own BigPanda's product operating system end-to-end, serving as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and GTM. Work closely with the CPO and engineering and product leaders to provide operational leverage for fast-moving product teams bringing agentic products to market — building an AI-native operating system rather than a manual coordination layer, running voice-of-customer programs, and owning launch readiness across products.
